runtime error when replay examples on README

hi, I'm new to CHIEF, I encounter a few problems when I tried to replay the examples on README.

1. feature download failure

As in source of README.md, there is no url of feature. When I click on the feature link, it reopen the mainpage of this repo.

2. downstreams failure

I finally fetched the feature successfully. When I run commands under Phase Evaluation, errors occur! Please Help! Thank you~

I downloaded the docker image first, and then extracted feature directory.
