Add Rule ID/Sequence/Name to Comment in Alert History

When appending a comment to an alert, include the Rule/Exception ID or Sequence or Name. This will help admins understand which element in the config file(s) affected the update.

Options:

1. Always append the information with every update
2. Use the existing debug flag to govern whether or not to append the information
3. Add a new flag to the parameters to govern whether or not to append the information
