Task to Test Assign Alert on Existing Alerts

Consider creating a task to evaluate existing alerts in SCOM against the configuration file (assign.alert.config). Output to a CSV file in the Config file directory. Output should include AlertName, ManagementPack, MonitoringObjectDisplayName, MonitoringObjectFullName, and the ID/rule name used.

Possible Parameters for the task:
OutputDirectory
AlertLimit: Limit the number of alerts evaluated (perhaps default to 500?)
