Funding opportunities and resources?

I've started a business that I'm planning to organize as a cooperative. I'm at a place where I need funding so I can focus on it full-time. Most investors won't touch a cooperative because it's foreign to them.

Where are some resources for funding opportunities. I don't want revenue share models. I want to exchange a class of investor shares for money.
