Suggestion: high speed energy/item pipelines and some settings for factory optimizations

Hard mode versions of item and energy pipeline upgrades that will work much faster and require first or second tier hard mode ores and 333 normal item pipelines to craft

Client setting: item rendering inside pipelines - allows to hide items inside pipelines for a player so it doesn't load player's PC on bigger factories

Server setting: enables or disables all player's factory blocks so it doesn't load player's PC if they doesn't need factories to work
