[Feature Request] Toggle the ability to automatically turn off certain HighFPSSupport settings

I'm doing this at my own risk, so I'd like you to stop automatically turning off the feature. It's annoying that it's turned off every time I enter a new world. I've tried making the settings file read-only, but that didn't work.
