Changing colors in add_pie_series

I generate pies with some probabilities, and I tried to fix the colors and put a theme on my pie series. But as I update dynamically my pie (recreating it when there is new values) it keeps changing colors and i don't have the color charts that I want, example : green for the biggest part of the pie. How could i make the colors consistent through each pie generation?

Have you tried to bind a colormap to pie_series? See how it's done in demo.py, in the section Widgets - Colormaps.
