IPv6 support

It seems like dht-rpc has been designed only with IPv4 in mind. Was this intentional (would this not make sense with IPv6) or would you welcome contributions that add support for IPv6?

It's built for IPv4 and we use it to bootstrap IPv6 connections on top. Dual mode is ultra hard due to address complexities, so in general we plan on using the IPv4 DHT for a while but having as much actual P2P traffic run over IPv6 (end-users can seldomly run DHT persistent nodes anyway).

Having said that, we'll prob need a IPv6 version at some point, so I'll keep this open.

Re contributions, yea totally, as long as

A) we can easily support both internally - ie few branches
B) maintain it on a branch.

My guess would be that it'd be a bit messy to maintain atm due to DHTs being very "address" heavy - ie all messages contain an IPv4 address of some sort, so B) is probably the only way, or to wait in general until general demand increases.
