Serialization errors in hc sandbox commands #1
Description
The hc binary is building with serde 1.0.189, and thus we're getting serialization errors in hc sandbox call commands (likely others as well).
Waiting on a holochain PR to resolve in subsequent 0.2.x versions: holochain/holochain#2946
