I'm using SSO auth only and I've noticed some errors related to board not found.

I believe the issue stems from the fact that with SSO auth only, the user is not authenticated during the initial setup of the system and the board creation dialog is never seen by the user.

In my case, after the "Finish settings" window, if I press the "Create new board" button I am redirect to the login screen.

The solution that we are exploring right now is to setup a public board with links to private boards.

This allows services to be discoverable without exposing too much information to outside users.
We are using this approach since you can set a default board for all users only if the board is public.
Which I think is not the best option for private dashboards.

It might be ok to have options for

• a public default board
• a board for authenticated users

The options could point to the same board.

The above should already be possible through the following feature:

Through this you can set the home board / mobile home board of a specific group. In that case the everyone group, which contains all authenticated users
