feature: Sort / Filter on Docker Stats widget

Hi team. Just setup on Homarr (great so far and been really seamless to setup - thank you!).

I have a small feature request I would like to share: a filter or sort for "State" in the "Docker Stats" widget.

The rationale:
I have many containers, I would need to scroll through the entire list to see which of these running and which are not. It would be preferable to see first, any containers that are stopped - This would act as a quick visual aid, so I can quickly spot any points of failure.

Hey @ztevo thank you for your suggestion. You can upvote the existing issue #3267 and maybe add a comment that you also would like an option to filter 😉
