• Added new otThreadWakeup function to the General API.
• Added the OPENTHREAD_CONFIG_WAKEUP_COORDINATOR_CONNECTION_RETRY_COUNT and OPENTHREAD_CONFIG_WAKEUP_COORDINATOR_CONNECTION_RETRY_INTERVAL macros to the Wake-up module of the Configuration Variables Reference.
