Opower: Unable to connect to National Grid NY Upstate upon reboot

The problem

Upon reboot of Home Assistant, I am receiving integration error (below) as it attempts to connect to National Grid (NY Upstate). I've had to disable the service, as it continues to retry with the same result.

Failed setup, will retry: HTTP Error: 500 URL: https://ngny.opower.com/ei/edge/apis/multi-account-v1/cws/ngny/customers?offset=0&batchSize=100&addressFilter=? Status: 500 Response: {"error":"Unable to obtain a JWT: Astro error with a response 503"}

https://github.com/tronikos/opower/issues/160 has this being mentioned over here.

What we're seeing so far is National Grid has switched from using OPower via https://ngny.opower.com/* anymore but now https://myaccount.nationalgrid.com/api/amiadapter-cu-uwp-sys , https://myaccount.nationalgrid.com/api/energyusage-cu-uwp-gql , and a few others to do the GraphQL queries directly.
