Cast - add hide_if_unavailable option to view

having a dedicated tab with the chrome cast configuration, it is odd to have it show, but with an empty view, because all entity rows have the hide_if_unavailable variable set.

it would be very nice to have that also available on a view, so we can simply configure the view, and have it show, depending on the browser being Chrome or not using the mentioned new feature.

just hoped this would get some thought/response, and add an extra info for a hack, but still not there though, using this in card-mod-theme:
