Ability to hide uneditable automations or scripts

I have several integrations that generate custom scripts and automations that get put down on disk. These are all un-editable and if you try to access them via the UI to inspect them you can't.

It would be really nice if there was a way to hide them from the UI. Either by default, with a toggle to show them, or with a toggle to hide them. It's gotten really hard to hunt down just the scripts and automations that I've personally written!
