history-graph optional name

Add an optional name to history-graph (like most cards)
To be able to rename the entity name to a readable name in the display

I have temp&humidity sensors, the entities have technical naming since they are different types of devices and/or numbered... (also renaming entities breaks all dependecies)
I just want to put a location name in the graph, not the entity name.

Most of the other cards have the optional name just for that
