entities card only displays operation mode 'off' for water heater

The problem

The entities card for entity water_heater.hot_water displays operation_mode 'off' but displays nothing for operation_mode 'eco' or 'on'

Expected behavior

The entities card for entity water_heater.hot_water should display all operation modes

This is not a bug, there is just not support for water_heater domain specific controls yet. This should be a feature request with details on what it should look like.

OK, it's quite simple. The card should display the current operation mode.
So in the screenshot above, display 'eco', 'on' or 'off' as appropriate where 'off' is currently displayed when operation mode is 'off'

Those are the only ones I have for my system

I believe that water heater and Climate are sets of each other. So we should be able to use the Climate row for water_heater I believe

Easiest would be to just use the more-info state-card for water-heater I think:

Take that back, I don't think that includes controls
