Allow user to use the scroll wheel to increment and decrement sliders in the UI when they are hovered.

Additional information

This would be a nice UX improvement that would make it easier for tasks like changing speaker volumes quickly. You can find this interaction a lot in Adobe software, where they have implemented it to speed up your workflow.
