Improve usability for mobile devices

Hi, I'd like to suggest an improvement for the usage of the UI on mobile devices.

I think the position of the tabs and the burger menu is excellent for larger screens where you work with mouse and keyboard. Sadly I mostly look at the ui from my mobile phone. I have a 6" smartphone and every time I want to change from one lovelace "tab" to another I have to reach to the top of my screen. In the same way I have to reach to the top of the screen if I want to activate the burger menu. If you like to use your phone with one hand (or if you have to) that's not a pretty experience.

Therefore I'd like to suggest, that the position of the "tabs" be configurable (top or bottom of the page). And that the burger menu follows the bar. Eventually the burger menu could be even configurable in such a way that it can reside on the right side of the screen for users that prefer holding their phone in the left hand.
