Fan entity card

Hi all,

I would like to put in a feature request for a fan entity card that looks similar to the light and thermostat card. I'd love to use this in a conditional maner where I'd have the fan in an entity list when off and a more functional card when on. This would also be great for control displays and the mobile because you'd have all the functions you'd need at that point.

Let me know what you guys think.
