Make all media_player controls accessible via UI (explicitly: shuffle-mode and repeat-mode)

I like the improvements on the media panel. It changed my workflow from only controlling already playing playback and automations to starting and browsing my libraries from HA directly. That's why I noticed that shuffle mode und repeat-mode can only be activated as a service and not directly from the UI ( or at least its so hidden that i dint find it). I think this should be also controllable via UI. I made up a first design idea inspired from Spotify apps in Paint:

In addition, you could possibly also select the source directly from the bottom media player in the media panel (perhabs underneath the selected media_player dropdown menu), if the media_player has multiple sources such as Spotify has. But this feature could be a niche especially for me, which is why I haven't integrated it in the first design ideas yet.
