Secure the entities: hide cogwheel in more-info on per user base

as title, Id like to prevent every user to be able to edit the entities. First figured that could well be attached to advanced mode. Maybe that is not fine grained enough, or too much of a restriction.

disabling on a per user setting could be a nice solution maybe?

currently I can fix this by using card-mod-theming:

    card-mod-more-info-yaml: |

        ha-icon-button[slot="actionItems"] {
          display: {{'none' if is_state('input_boolean.hide_more_info_settings','on')}};
        } /* hide more info settings cogwheel */

but that is not per user, or user group vs admin, which is what is should ultimately be ofc. Seems core functionality to provide this granularity in settings
