Add Overflow Menu for Views on Dashboards

I would love to be able to have an overflow menu for my dashboards with many views, rather than have to split up into multiple dashboards or have to scroll so far side to side on mobile.

I don't think it should be combined with the existing overflow/three dot menu, but should be its own.

For similar reference, I'm thinking of how tabbed applications like Sublime Text will give you a drop-down list of your open files on the right side once you have too many tabs.

I've been toying with ways to make my own pop-up navigation menu for my different rooms and views, but it would be great if it just had a menu with the view name and icon as a drop down on mobile.
