Add for time to Numeric Sate when used as a condition

The numeric state when used as a condition does not have the option to have the condition be true for a set time before passing the condition.

For example, trigger is time, start pool pump at 10:00 on the condition that solar output is above 1000W for 10 minutes start.

Could the option of time that the condition is met be added before passing be added.
