Adding a kiosk toggle to the Setting>Dashboard Config Dialog

I think the world would be different and the birds would sing louder and happier if directly under "show in sidebar" there were an "Kiosk Mode" button that removed everything but the dashboard itself (i.e. menus and UI elements outside the dashboard.)

This method would eliminate the need to download the varying custom elements for it, and having to append the url to edit your cards again, and would standardize the procedure.

I think the concept of having the menus and UI sidebar "assumed" in a phone or even a tablet is madness and it feels like something that should be streamlined out with this option. I think the flow of toggling kiosk mode off, making your changes, and toggling back on should be thought of with the same level of ease (more so, as it would be used more frequently I think) as toggling a dashboard's appearance in the UI altogether.

I searched and didn't find a similar discussion but am also new to these forums and feel like I must have missed something. I apologize if I have missed any syntax or proper parlance.
