Set default camera and picture more-info pupup to the big view

Recently (#13581), the default more-info popup was made to be rather small, which is ok (but not preferable) on most entities. But on cameras, it's horrible. When I click a camera, I want it to be big. I know clicking the title will make it larger, but that is a superfluous extra step. (I even preferred needing to scroll down slightly to see the bottom part of the camera image.)

It would be nice for cameras and pictures to default to the new large view. And a setting to change it in the card would also be great.
