removal of aria-label, please introduce unique identifier for menu items

follow up from #14605

not sure how to proceed now, as this PR(above) is removing the aria-label.
seems we can replace aria-label with data-id

following comment above it would seem to be replacing:

                            aria-label=${this.hass!.localize(
                               "ui.panel.lovelace.unused_entities.title"
                             )}

with

                            data-id=${this.hass!.localize(
                               "ui.panel.lovelace.unused_entities.title"
                             )}

and some formatting required by the specification of the data attribute (lowercase mostly).

The name must not start with xml (case-insensitive).
The name must not contain any colon characters (:).
The name must not contain any capital letters.

please guide me how to suggest a PR in the correct order of things?
