List of notifiers in the settings

It's a bit hard to determine what notifiers are setup and what features they support. Having a page that lists these out would be very helpful. Right now, you have to look for services that start with notify and it's just a messy process figuring it out. For example, my phone which is named "iPhone (9)" {I know, I'm just lazy and don't care) shows up as iPhone_9 in some places and iPhone_13 (the model #) in other places in the UI.
