Energy Dashboard: Show data down to 15 minutes bar time

I hope this is the right place to ask for that.

In energy dashboard, we can see the data splitted by year, month, week, or day.

I'd like to see a 15 minutes split option too.
In some case, a 5 minutes split option could be great too, depending if the data is available in the system.
