Add state_color: option to picture-glance

as title really, currently picture-glance shows icons using the same white/grey color all over, and does not make a colored distinction between switches/booleans etc being on or off. Or does not show battery sensors with their colors. etc.
only the vague white/grey variant is used/filtered, which can be very hard to see under certain circumstances

please add state_color: option to the picture-glance card

now we have state-color in our toolbox, it really is a shame we can not use that carefully crafted theming in this great card.
