FR: allow options on Tile card to Not show info

as discussed in an issue on the Tile card in a grid #15703 (comment)

please consider allowing to Not use either primary or secondary info line and doing so auto resize the text container (which includes primary and secondary text) and now has a min-height of 40px.

an option for aspect_ratio: 1, overriding the current card calculations would allow us to resize Tile cards in a grid, and keep the visual aspect ratios of squared cards.

Aware this can drop some info off of the cards, but that would be users choice,

Currently the Tile card keep their fixed min height, which visually is less than compelling.
