Google Sheets Integration Error "The server cannot process the request because it is malformed. It should not be retried"

Hello all - appreciate the assistance in advance

I've set up the Google Sheets integration without issue, and have been provided the URL from HA

The issue is when I try and add a card or a panel and paste in the web address - the above error message is what I'm receiving

• "The server cannot process the request because it is malformed. It should not be retried"

Oddly, when I take that URL and paste it into a separate web browser, I'm directed to the sheet without issue
