Separate package with types for Home Assistant API (hass) object

A few days ago I tried to create a simple dashboard for managing entities (as described here), and I noticed that all interfaces related to hass object are scattered throughout this repository.

I think it would be nice to have a separate package with Home Assistant API object types and an easy way to add it to a custom dashboard project.
