"Edit mode" in Dashboard: do not scroll the header back

And when I select "Edit mode":

Now the problem: consider this scenario:

1. Open some Dashboard ("storage mode", i.e. with a possibility to edit). This Dashboard should have many views - i.e. to select some view you need to scroll the header.

2. Scroll the header to the right (or is it called "to the left" ????) to some view (let it be a "Grid" view):

3. Oh, I need to edit this view! Let's select "Edit dashboard".

4. And the header is scrolled back to a beginning:

So, is it possible to keep the current position of the header?
