FR: Add horizontal to Tile card layout options

just like the mushroom card now offers. Its effect is obvious, and it would allow us to make the tile as shallow as possible.

this would be particularly useful for the big sliders and buttons that now occupy a full second line in the tile:

and the buttons make that even more obvious
