Add a configurable Needle Sweep (go from 0 to max, and then set to position)

Add configurable Needle Sweep i.e. on init go from min to max, then return min to settle down on measurement position.

Gauge currently does animation from min to a measurement position, so it shouldn't be hard to go max, return to min and finally for final location.
