Ways to improve Picture Elements card, Floor Plan Card specific

While it's great to have a Picture Elements card, most HA users are focused only on the Floor Plan application of it. As such, I'd like for there to be a card tailored specifically for floor plans.

• automatically convert to vector graphics for improved scaling
• create layers for each item type: doorway, window, etc.
• ...and - when user clicks on such an item (or chooses from a drop-down list of such items) - prompt the user to define an entity and color for each corresponding state of that entity.
• Selecting an item opens a dialog that shows the usual entity info, plus a button for reassignment of the item
• Allow users to draw boundaries within the floor plan to associate with areas.
• With the above info, and an assortment of temp sensors with defined locations, provide a heatmap timelapse option that can correspond to heating/cooling usage.
