show legend atop of the energy entities graph too

consider the energy graphs a top are the biggest spenders:

but we have to scrol all the way down for the legend to show:

which is a remarkable choice, because down there, there is nothing to show in the first place ;-)

please swap that, or at least add it to the top too.
