Change Matter devices from Light to Switch, Fan, etc

I am trying to convert lights to switches for matter devices (the same way Switch to X works). Appears that my Leviton matter switches are showing up in Home Assistant as lights. I would like to be able to change them to fans, switches, etc to have the same functionality I have for other devices.
