Note function

I would like to suggest an option to add a "notes" function on entities or devices, for i.ex. to make a note like "battery changed xx.xx.xx" or "device located by main door at the ceiling" This idea came up when i noticed one of my zigbee temperature devices marked as in area "outside" is out of battery, and now i cant find it :) im not sure where i put it, so im now starting on a hunt of a little 2x2cm white device on white walls outside of the house.
