Create Groups using a UI like Devices has under Settings → Devices UI

The current Group creation UI is tedious and takes a long time to scroll. Its also not an efficient way to view/select. We need the selection/checkbox style with the same view filtering we have like Devices has on this screen… http://homeassistant.local:8123/config/devices/dashboard
