Inconsistent close (X-icon) button position in the dialogs

I noticed that in some places, the close dialog button (X-icon) in the dialogs is on the right when according to the design spec it should be on the left - https://design.home-assistant.io/#components/ha-dialogs

The close X-icon is on the top left, on all screen sizes. Except for alert and confirmation dialogs, they only have buttons and no X-icon. This is different compared to the Material guidelines.

I think all the places should be adjusted to follow the guidelines at https://design.home-assistant.io/
