Toggle switch (enable/disable) on each entity to add it to the recorder or remove it from the recorder

I have seen this requested for more than 5 years in the forums, not sure if it's a technical issue as to why it can't be implemented.
but it was be nice if you didn't have to edit a yaml file and add each entity by hand. a toggle switch in the UI would be ideal.
