[Helpers enhancement] Add category, label and area on creation

Hello!
When creating helpers through the UI on /config/helpers I've found that when I want to create helpers I have to do the following steps manually:

1. Create helper
2. Scroll to bottom of list to find new helper under uncategorized
3. Click on ... on rhs: Assign Category
4. Find and apply category
5. Scroll to category
6. Open settings of new helper
7. Apply area & label to helper

It would be nice if I could apply all these fields on helper creation, so I don't have to go scroll & click many times when creating many new helpers
