[FR] Add last_reported to tile card state selection

Would be great to be able to select last_reported in the tile card state selectors (like last_updated and last_changed).

Also in dev-tools -> states

Frontend isn't given this information due to concern over too much spam on the websocket. So I think it's technically unfeasible at the moment.
