statistics UI - include choices made as information

1. when setting up a statistic (statistic characterization? see 2) with the helper, after choosing entity and type of statistic the only way to know what was chosen (I think?) is to go into the hidden file core.config_entities and try to find it - this does not seem to be how it should be.

When you go through the sensor configuration afterwards to view the setup it is not shown.. eg:

so if you do not name the item with the sensor name it is related and the statistic type it seems the only option one is left is the config_entites file(?)

proposal:
on the above option screen for statistic create a read only presentation of the chosen

• entity
• statistic

2. bonus - while you are at it maybe as well change the start text for the id to "statistics" as it is found in the UI .. not "statistical characteristic .. " it is confusing I think as it is not what you look for when creating it (and it is not used in the config_entities only domain "statistics"

This actually depends on core, and should be possible if and when home-assistant/core#129456 is merged
