Energy Dashboard: strange behavior with daylight saving day

I noticed some strange behaviors in the Energy dashboard after the DST time change. I am still using 2025.2 but I cannot easily upgrade to the latest version so I want to be sure that this is still an issue before filling a bug report.

I am using the timezone (GTM+01:00) Paris for which DST time started on March 30th 2025 at 2am so there was only 23 hours that day.

Strange Behavior 1

• In the Energy Dashboard, use the calendar menu to display March 31th 2025, so the day after DST.
• Check that the first hour bar is 00:00-01:00
• Press the < button to move to the previous day.
• Instead of "March 30th 2025", the displayed date is "Mar 29 - Mar 30" which is odd but somehow understandable because the dashboard is actually displaying from 23:00 March 29th to 23:00 March 30th. What is probably happening is that the starting time was reduced by 24h which is incorrect because Match 30th only has 23 hours.
• Press the < button again.
• The displayed date is now "March 28th, 2025". However, what is actually displayed is the 23:00 March 28th to 23:00 March 29th. Simply speaking, the displayed date is incorrect since most of the data is from the 29th.
• Press the < button again.
• Same issue. The dashboard now says March 27th while displaying data from the 28th.

Strange Behavior 2

• In the Energy Dashboard, use the calendar menu to display March 30th 2025 so the day of the DST time change.
• The dashboard now display March 30th using 23 bars from 00:00-01:00 to 23:00-00:00. The second bar is "01:00-03:00". That DST day only contains 23 hours so this is ok.
• Press the < button multiple times to move to previous days.
• Each day only contains 23 hours and the buttons are only moving by that amount thus causing the times to slowly drift.
  For example, when the dashboard reaches March 16th, the first bar is 14:00-15:00 and the last is 12:00-13:00.
