FR: consider minimizing an empty energy card (consumption = 0)

Given Gas consumption is 0 for more than the displayed period, the current height of the card looks rather ugly, being completely empty:

Given this wont change for half a year, there is no worry this will jump up and down a lot when changing the date selector.

Please consider minimizing the card
maybe even hide it, replacing with a NO consumption recorded message.
