Issues with the new clock card

Hello all,

Thank you for adding the cleck card to the latest update of Home assistant.
By chance I am updating my tablet wallpanel dashboard to the sections view.
On my old panel I was using the custom:digital-clock card. But I would like to stay as close the standard features as possible. (Less breaking).
In my current dashboard the clock is prominent in the top middle and shows the time and date in a large font, so it is visible from accross the room. I would like to replicate that.

I have two requests for making the clock card even better:
-Can you add the option to show the date in a subline below the clock?

• Can you add more control over the font size? The Large clock size is still not large enoug for me. I'd like to go even bigger! :-)

try using card_mod and add:

card_mod:
  style: |
    ha-card .time-wrapper.size-medium .time-parts {
      font-size: 10rem;
    }

should help for now

That is indeed a containment for now. And I am definitely going to use it. But it would be nice to not having to rely on card_mod, browser_mod and several other mods for quite normal settings. So I hope the devs can still take the requests into consideration!
