[FR] Area Card - Show Sensors Like Temperature and Others as Alarm badge - with threshold

I would Love to have an Alarm state for regular Sensors Like Temperature, rain - or others on the area card.

To utilize this, it would be required to configure a threshold when the Sensor should raise an Alarm.

Right now, The only way tondo this would probably a template - which will BE a binary Sensor becoming active when your source sensor will reach the desired value.

Having this nativly would be nice.
